How to test your Bumpbar button actions on a computer

The Bumpbar is a keyboard programmed to control the Kitchen Display application. We can test if a Bumpbar is working by connecting it to Windows computer

Steps to test your Bumpbar on a computer

  1. Numbers 1-8 Buttons
    1. The respective # will be displayed
  1. Double Up/Down Arrow Buttons
    1. Located directly to the right of Buttons 4 & 8
    2. Double Up will display the letter "q"
    3. Double Down will display the letter "z"
  1. Single Left/Right and Up/Down Arrow Buttons
    1. Up button will move the cursor up
    2. Down button will move the cursor down
    3. Left button will move the cursor left
    4. Right button will move the cursor right
  1. Double Left/Right Arrow Buttons
    1. Double Left button will display the letter "j"
    2. Double Right button will display the letter "l"
  1. Menu Button
    1. Menu button will display the letter "o"
  1. Enter Button
    1. Enter button will move the cursor down
