How Future orders work

General information

The Online Order gives you the option to accept future orders. With this feature enabled, your customers can submit orders up to 6 months in advance. Your customers can choose only a date/time that falls within your store's pickup or delivery hours. 

How Future orders work

There are 2 options for the printing of future orders.  The Order Receipt can print immediately when the customer submits the order or the Order Receipt can print at the date/time the customer chose for pickup/delivery, minus the average pickup/delivery time. 


For example, if you have a 20 minute average pickup time, and the customer chooses to pick up 2 days from today at noon. Then the Order Receipt will print 2 days from now at 11:40 am.
