How to Setup Labels for your Receipt Printers

After creating your labels, you will want to know how these labels are assigned to your printers. When using features like Contactless Dining, setting up your printers is a must as you want your food to print at the correct printer. 

Steps to assign labels to your printers

  1. Open the Printers application on your Clover Device.

  2. If you have not yet created an Order Printer, click on the green circle with the plus symbol in the lower right corner of your screen.

  3. Select the option ''Order Printer''.




  4. Select the printer you want to use. In this example, we use the Star TSP100.




  5. Click on your new order printer.




  6. Select the labels you want to print on this printer and click Save.





  1. Repeat the same process if more printers are to be used.
Note
If you have already created printers, verify that each one has checked the correct labels. If the printing is not working as you expected, make sure that your items are labeled properly and you are not missing any.
