How to disable Display orders upon payment and Display only printed items

Display orders upon payment and Display only printed items are settings used for a more specialized configuration in some kitchens. If your restaurant works as QSR probably these features don't fit with your operations, and having them enable can cause troubles in displaying all your orders.

Steps to disable "Display orders upon payment" and "Display only printed items"

  1. Access to your Kitchen Display app on the Clover Device
  2. Click the three vertical dots on the top right corner
  3. Access the Display settings
  4. Verify if Display orders upon payment is unchecked
    1. If it's checked, uncheck it
  5. Verify if Display only printed items is unchecked
    1. If it's checked, uncheck it



*If any of these settings were checked and after you unchecked them your orders start to display it means the issue was related to any of these settings.
