How to disable the Client-Server mode

How to disable the Client-Server mode

The Client-Server mode feature is on the beta testing process, enabling it will cause your device with KD to be unable to reach the Clover cloud and that will cause that none of your orders would be displayed.

Steps to disable the Client-Server mode

  1. Go into the Kitchen Display app on your Android device
  2. Click the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner
  3. Access to Clover POS Connection settings
  4. Verify if the Client-Server mode checkbox is unchecked
    1. If it's checked, uncheck it

*Make sure the Client-Server mode checkbox is always unchecked
