How to see estimated times for Upcoming Orders (Future Orders)

When a customer submits a future order (either pick up or delivery), you can check that order's details on your Square POS. 


  1. Go to your Square Web Dashboard and sign in https://squareup.com/, or access your Square POS app.
  2. Navigate to the Orders section.


  3. Your orders should be displayed in this section, and the orders set for the future will have an "Upcoming" status.


  4. Enter the Upcoming order you want information on, and in the Notes section you should be able to find the time the customer selected when completing checkout.


    In this case, the customer placed the order at 12:26 PM but queued it for 1:05 PM.
