How To Sync Kitchen Display With Your Clover Merchant Account
A good troubleshooting step with Kitchen Display is to disconnect from your Clover Merchant ID and then reconnect it.
This will help resolve a few issues such as:
- New Items not appearing on KD
- New Modifier Groups not appearing on KD
- No orders are appearing KD
Steps to Sync your Kitchen Display app with your Clover merchant account
- Open your KD app on the Clover Device
- Press the 3 dots located on the top right corner
- Press/Click on Settings
- Press/Click on "Clover POS Connection"
- Access the Clover Merchant ID field and add a number 1
- After adding the number 1, press OK. You will get an error at connection to Clover. This is normal as we just changed the Clover Merchant ID
- Now go back into the Clover Merchant ID field and delete the digit you just added
- You should now get a connection successful message. You have now re-synced your KD with your Clover Merchant Account
Now your Kitchen Display app is synced with your Clover Merchant account. If you have more than 1 device you will need to make this process with each one.
