How to use Dynamic Prep. Times

With Orderspoon Online Ordering you can set an Average Prep. Time for your online orders but if your items on the menu have wide differences on prep times you can use the Dynamic prep. time, this feature creates a time span for the customers' ETA based on the $ order amount.



Steps to set the Dynamic Prep. Time?

  1. Access to the Clover web dashboard
  2. Click Contactless dining + Online Order
  3. Click Order Management
  4. Choose Dynamic Prep. time tab
  5. Toggle on the Enable setting
  6. Set the Amount threshold
  7. Set the Extra time
  8. Click Save



*Once you click on Save, the Dynamic Prep. Time will be active for your restaurant!
