How to verify which account is linked to my Kitchen Display
A Clover account can have multiple restaurants, this can happen when the email address is added as part of multiples business teams (Employee, Manager, Owner, etc.). This can cause to choose the incorrect restaurant to link, using the credentials to connect the Kitchen Display to the Clover Cloud.
To follow these steps you need to have the email address and password of your Clover account
Steps to verify the account is linked to Clover
- Access to Kitchen Display on the Android device
- Click on the top 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner
- Access to Clover POS Connection settings
- Click Link to Clover
- Add your email address
- Add your password
- Click Log in
- Choose the restaurant you want to connect to the Kitchen Display
- You can use the search bar to look for the restaurant
- You can search the restaurant in the list below the search bar
- Click on the restaurant you want to link
*Now the connection is completed and if you had a different restaurant linked to the Kitchen Display, now the orders will start to display.
