Why my Kitchen Display running time starts above 0:00?
If the running time for orders starts above 0:00, there might be a discrepancy between the time on the Android device, and the Clover station.
Check the time on the Android device and ensure that it matches the time on the Clover station. By default, the Clover station will have the time set automatically. You can set the Android device to also automatically set the time to the network time. As both devices are on the same network, this will synchronize them.
Steps to synchronize the time on both devices
Is NOT possible to change the date and time of a Clover Device, it automatically takes it from the Clover Cloud with the information you have linked to your Clover account.
- Access Settings
- Scroll down and click Date & Time
- Set up the Date and Time to the current date and time
Now your Android Device has the same date and time as your Clover Device and the running time of your orders will be displayed correctly.
