What do I do if the "Maximum Number of Concurrent Order Actions Reached" message appears?
If the merchant is receiving the error "Maximum Number of Current Order Actions Reached, Please Try Again Later", there are some steps that have to be followed.
Restarting the KD will resolve it initially. The merchant probably has a pretty high volume location and should think about changing the "Maximum order age to display" setting in KD to remove the orders.
- Change the Maximum order to display time
- Access the settings
- Click Display module
- Select the setting "Maximum order age to display"
- Choose 5 minutes
If these steps don't resolve the issue, it will be necessary to Force Stop KD.
- Force Stop
- Access the Android Device settings
- Access the Apps section
- Locate Kitchen Display for Clover app
- Click the button Force Stop
- Re-open the Kitchen Display app
This will stop the app and reset it. After this steps, the merchant shouldn't have the message.
