Why some of my orders' time displayed are "In Process"?

If a merchant is running in Quick Service Restaurant mode (QSR) and some of their orders are not displaying the time, but will only show "In-Process", this means that you have the QSR Order Time set in "Order Paid"


If your restaurant is a full-service one and you need your orders to display the time when you hit "save" in your Clover POS

Steps to change the QSR Order Time




If the merchant wants to track time with orders not paid for yet, then they need to use the FSR view.
