How to set up order notifications (SMS/Email)

Orderspoon has multiple channels to notify the merchants about new orders.
On your Clover POS system we have the Order Alert app but we also added the SMS and Email notifications option.


New Order SMS Alerts

You can enter up to 2 phone numbers to receive a text message when a new order is submitted by a customer through your Online Order app.  

 

New Order Email Alerts

You can enter up to 2 email addresses to receive an email when a new order is submitted by a customer through your Online Order app. 

 

 Steps to Set-Up Order Notifications:

  1. Login to your Clover web dashboard

  2. Open Online Order

  3. Click on Settings and choose Order Notifications

  4. In the Phone box field enter a 10 digit phone number in the Phone 1 field then select the order types this number will be receiving on the checkboxes and click on Save.
    You can set an amount, this setting will make only the orders of an order amount above the amount set, will send a notification

  5. In the Email Alert box enter your Email address in the Email 1 field, then select the order types and then click on Save
    You can set an amount, this setting will make only the orders of an order amount above the amount set, will send a notification



*Now you will receive every online order accordingly.
