Reinstall Guide

In rare circumstances (every few years), a newly published app may have a bug that was not discovered during our quality review process.  We deeply apologize for this scenario when it does happen. To enable you to recover to the last version of the app, please follow these steps

STEP 1: Log in as administrator

  1. Log in as an administrator so you can see the "More Tools" app

STEP 2: List installed apps

  1. Click on the menu icon with the 3 lines on the top left and select "Installed Apps"

STEP 3: Find the app to uninstall

  1. Determine the app you'd like to re-install.  eg. Kitchen Display app if that's the one you are seeking to revert back to a prior version.
  2. You can use the search to find the app if it's difficult to find by browsing for the app.

STEP 4: Install

  1. Select a Subscription plan then Click on "Open App"
  2. Your app should be downloaded and installed in just a few moments.
