Receiving notification when an online order has been processed is a vital procedure to success. When Orderspoon online order is installed on your Clover Merchant account, it installs Orderspoon online order app on your Clover device(s).
With Orderspoon online ordering app there are a variety of methods to receive notifications. Look for this icon on your Clover device after it has been installed.
Printing settings on the Orderspoon app
Enable order alerts
This is the key setting for receiving notifications, if Enable order alerts is turned off, your Clover device won't print the Orderspoon orders, see be sure has it always enabled!
Accept orders
This setting enables or disables your online store, be careful of disabling it as it closes your online store!
Full-screen Notification
A notification pops up on your Clover device. From it, you can print the order receipt, print the payment receipt, and open the Order in your Clover's Orders app.
Print using fire automatically
Enabling this setting will make the items be printed following the label's rules you have set for your printers.

To use this setting you need to choose the printer where the order is going to be printed.
Enabling the setting will make all the items be printed automatically on the selected printer.
Print payment receipt automatically
To use this setting you need to choose the printer where the order is going to be printed.
Enabling the setting will make the payment receipt be printed automatically on the selected printer.
Print unpaid orders only
By enabling this setting, only the unpaid orders' orders receipts will be printed.
