Why are there new Order Types on my Register?
The Online Order app creates four order types to manage and track your online orders. They are as follows:
- Online Pickup
- Online Delivery
- Future Pickup
- Future Delivery
Please do not delete these order types. If you do so, it will cause your app not to function correctly and you may miss your online orders.
You should make sure that your default Order Type is not any of the listed above. The Order Type selected as default will be the Order Type associated with your orders processed through your Register app unless your employees select a different Order Type during the order creation process.
To view your Order types, open the Online Order app from your Clover web dashboard.
- Log in to your Clover Web Dashboard
- Click on Account & Setup
- Under the Transaction section, click on Order Types
