Why are changes in my Clover Inventory not appearing in my Online Order menu?

Why are changes in my Clover Inventory not appearing in my Online Order menu?

When there are changes made in your Clover Inventory such as: 
  1. Adding/Deleting/Editing Categories
  2. Adding/Deleting/Editing Items
  3. Adding/Deleting/Editing Modifier Groups
... we need to Synchronize those changes with your Online Order Menu. This is done by clicking on one Sync button. 
If you recently added/edited/deleted Clover Inventory Categories/Modifiers/Items, it is possible you are not going to be able to see the changes until you follow these easy steps: 
  1. Open the Online Order app from your Clover web dashboard.
  2. Click on Online Order
  3. Click on the Sync button located in the top right-hand side corner of the screen.
