Why are changes in my Clover Inventory not appearing in my Online Order menu?
When there are changes made in your Clover Inventory such as:
- Adding/Deleting/Editing Categories
- Adding/Deleting/Editing Items
- Adding/Deleting/Editing Modifier Groups
... we need to Synchronize those changes with your Online Order Menu. This is done by clicking on one Sync button.
If you recently added/edited/deleted Clover Inventory Categories/Modifiers/Items, it is possible you are not going to be able to see the changes until you follow these easy steps:
- Open the Online Order app from your Clover web dashboard.
- Click on Online Order
- Click on the Sync button located in the top right-hand side corner of the screen.
